    1. When directing reports to Adobe Acrobat PDF (v9.0pro) printer, the output contains garbage in the fields populated by the Inventory software. When directing to network laser printer, reports are OK
    2. directing reports to HTML output is producing zero length files (and corresponding directory)

    I downloaded beta. The following reports still print garbage when output to Adobe acrobat 9 —
    Detail custom Report
    Inventory summary & Inventory by Brand
    Configuration summary
    Disk Usage
    Services on Computers
    Computers with/without AV
    Active Users Summary
    Hardware Changes

    Output to HTML looks like it works (only ran a few)

    Kim got in touch with me and indicated this was not clearapps but and Adobe problem. I agree. I have gone to Adobe support forum and really am striking out there (have not given up yet). I don’t have paid support. I did, however, download CutePDF (free version) and installed it as a printer and now the reports come out OK. I will continue to investigate until I find the problem with Adobe Acrobat PDF writer 9x. I will post when I find out.
