    We have purchased NIA 4.10.2586, which usually works OK, but often falls over and crashes when performing a Network IP Range scan.

    Please can you advise how we can resolve this issue?

    Have you already reported this to help@clearapps.com? Each of such cases require a detailed investigation before we can issue a fix, but the good news is: we have never been unable to fix a scanning crash. Also there’s Network Inventory Advisor 4.2 beta in the test, it would help trying it first and seeing whether it produces the same issue. Kim from the tech team will be able to send it to you.

    I have not, to be fair. What information would be needed in such a case to help to resolve this issue?
