    help,
    just tried loading network advisor and it came up with an error
    (sorry didnt majke a note of it, something about a corrupt dll i think)
    and i now have an empty network

    should i reinstall

    Hi Kim

    all i can remember when i loaded NIA yesterday was that it said there was a dll corrupted, inform clearapps support and that it would start with an empty network summary, answer yes or no. i answered yes and sure enough the network summary is empty. i have looked in the information folder and all my groups are there
    shall i reinstall and see if the dll gets overwritten?
