Issue when scan MacOS from windows

Hello,

We are try NIA before buying and we have a big issue with NIA v4.3
Please what can I do?

When I will run scan. On MacOS (OSX El Capitan) I see “sshd: error: Hm, kex protocol error: type 30 seq 1 [preauth]”

I did try scan from Windows 10, Windows 7 and Windows 2012 server
Firewall is down.

In the log I see:
5.7.2016 2:38:57 – Checking online node status (0 of 1)
5.7.2016 2:38:57 – Checking online node status (1 of 1)
5.7.2016 2:38:57 – Checking complete. Scanning…
192.168.168.36 Unknown 192.168.168.36 5.7.2016 2:39:03 – Node couldn’t be scanned with any known method. Check your access password.

Password is right, I did connect from same Windows throught putty application.
Access from Windows to mac is OK, like as somee share and from mac to Windows is same too.

Firewall on both systems is down and we didn’t have any traffic rules in local network
