    Hello,

    I am having difficulty installing the latest update (3.9.1554), following the directions of installing over the existing version. An error message comes up stating:

    “Error opening file for writing: c:Program Files (x86)ClearAppsNetwork Inventory Advisoriadvisor.exe
    Abort, Retry, Ignore”

    This error message occurs even with the iadvisor service stopped. Current version I am on is 3.9.1507.

    So you definitely checked that iadvisor.exe is not running among processes, right? Does a reboot help? Such issues were also observed by our test lab in some slow systems when iadvisor.exe does not exit immediately.
